★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeah it's good for home construction but tools and everything else are quite expensive. Electric tools are more expensive than ones online but materials are cheap. Too many pc staffs makes me feel uncomfortable. Navigating the place is difficult and should have a map in the entrance area. Very large so you should know what you're looking for before going in.

Sales have committed for the gift while purchasing the refrigerator.
After purchasing, service said as the gift have not been shown in invoice, so the gift is not available..
Purchased in March, but gift is still not available till today.
Or the final solution, need customer to go pick up the gift instead of deliver to door. But since the begin this issue is happened from the store itself.
Very sad experience.
Hopefully they could improve the management and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service of most staff is worst compared with various shops in Bangkok.
The goods is huge, many types of equipment.
But, you no need to expect any staff to support ,because they will just in the corner and don't care you're a customer.
I suggested this mall to have robots to service clients instead of staff, it can save your cost and less waste than hiring employees then they do not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a problem on water pumping machine which can't fix anymore then decide to buy a new one. A decision to buy was straight to Thai Watsadu Nawamin due to my maintenance repair man suggest to and during pandemic this is an open air store which suitable for.
Once arrive I found that lot of equipments and machines which cover in everything then I got a new one with some of other glue to fix my shoe either. GREAT, right..... finally success on replacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While this is one of the best retail chains for building materials, I'm not suggesting using the service in this branch. We're being badly served.While we were waiting to get our order, personnel were communicated to each other in a rude manner. And how they laughed at my staff who coming to pick up the merchandise because they can't call my staff name correctly. The total personal service in this branch is really lower than the standard.
Afterwards, we realized right after payment that we purchased the incorrect item just above the checkout counter and the staff refused to change our article until we called the call centre, and then the problem was solved.
Very disappointed in this branch. Please use the Thai Wassadu somewherelse. We will not come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thai Watsadu, or Thai Supply is an excellent choice for all of your home repair needs. This location is conviently located on Nawamin Road in Nuanchan, Bueng Kum. The staff was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I thouroughly enjoy shopping at Thai Watsudu!
