★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a mosquito trap a year ago and went to get replacement globes today but even though they still sell the same mosquito trap, they don't sell the globes so my machine is now useless and possibly 1000 baht down the drain for this customer. We wait to hear from the manufacturer to see what we can do. Very poor after sales service from Thai Watsadu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A thousand staff there for a very low level of service. The staff mindset... The customer experience, is a concept that they cannot get. Anyway, if you can find what you search by your own, you will like this place. Me... I go there because of the proximity to my personal interest, that it! They have their standard of service, I have mine. Each areas is messy, and the staff keep talking around because they estimate the job is done. So unfair to enter by the main gate and see 10 staff "doing nothing" when you need to ask a single question... No one. What make then busy! I'm still wondering. Anyway... No more time to loose.
