★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a samsung phone from the mbk center store,it was a great experience and the staff is very polite and qualified, speaking good english and helped me exchanging money and provided with free gifts, but while claiming vat refund at airport they kept my original bill with them, given me a receipt but im not having my bill copy with me, if anyone having mail address of tg phone mbk center plz forward so that i can request a electronic copy.

You can try out most of the phones, and the friendly staff will help you with information. Sometimes they don't speak English, but they'll try.
Good selection of phones, not so much of tablets. The phones are unlocked.
You can pay by credit card. Bring your passport so you can get a tax return form.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst customer service ever. Bought a Motorola and after 6 days it was not working anymore. Went back for assistance and the staff was unable not only to identify the problem, but also spent 1 hour cleaning the phone pretending like they were trying to find the problem. I kept asking what they thought it was but got no reply. I left after almost 2 hours without any answer or assistance from them and with a broken phone. Highly recommend all tourists not to buy from them, rather go to NASA few steps away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought 2 phones on 2 separate visits, 2016 and 2017. On the second visit the assistant recalled my first visit and the phone I bought. Service was excellent on both occasions, outstripping any i have received in the UK by a "country mile"! The prices were competitive and the extras included screen protector being installed, free protective case and a free gift, selfie stick and car power lead. Thoroughly professional and very good standard of English. ??

They are very informative. On my purchase, they not only gave free stuffs (which they did not need to mention) but also changed the phone to a new one without a word. Thing was, one of the boy got the phone box and started to rip the plastic off without my attention. So i asked for a new one and they understood my concern. This is the only store that sell Motorola phones and i mean company sealed brand new.
One of the lady at the cash counter speaks good english, just in case.
Very nice service.
