★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really amazing Indian food. We had Indian food in 5-6 cities in Thailand. This was one of the best and pocket friendly place we tried. The chole bhature, gobhi paratha and chicken curry is awesome! It is better than few of the restaurants in India :D

Chilli chicken dry: Pieces of tandoori chicken dipped in tomato ketchup and cooked
Chicken chow mein: Noodles cooked with tomato ketchup and topped off with coriander leaves
Egg fried rice: Tastes like biryani rice, with cloves, cardamom, mace etc and again topped off with coriander leaves
Side dips: instead of the standard sauces, mixed vegetable pickle and mint chutney!!
Mango lassi- very good

Food quality is not so good,
Especially Rice, it tasted old and quite dry to eat.
Also the curries didn't taste that good.
Roti and gulab jamoon was good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliable Indian food on Khaosan road more like 3.5 stars but uprated due to friendly and swift service. Bhindi could have had a bit more actual Bhindi inside but overall OK.
Not sure how people have difficulty getting there - there's a big sign and you just go up the stairs.

Dishes I had were really tasty and cooked to perfection.
The restaurant is upstairs and had air-conditioning which was lovely.
The waiter was really polite and helpful.
