★ ★ ★ ★ ★ เข้าพักเมื่อวันที่15/7/63 เจ้าหน้าแจ้งราคาห้องผิด อ้างว่าจำผิดวันคิดราคาเพิ่ม ห้องดี สะอาด แต่มีประเด็นแม่บ้าน..ทำเกินหน้าที่ อ้างว่าผ้าขนหนูเปื้อน พยายามเอาผิด ถามว่าผ้าขนหนูเปื้อนอะไรไม่ได้หรือ แม่บ้านเสนอหน้าเถียงลูกค้า..เจ้าหน้าที่รับลูก เป็นสิ่งที่ควรทำกับลูกค้าหรือ ซึ่งข้อเท็จจริง ผ้าขนหนูไม่ได้เปื้อนอะไร จึงเป็นสิ่งที่ควรปรับปรุง ..แก้ไข จึงขอให้ผู้รับผิดชอบตรวจสอบด้วย การทำงาน ความรอบคอบ การบริการลูกค้า..ถามว่าจะกลับมาพักอีกหรือไม่ ก็คงคิดหนัก คับ ถามว่าจะแนะนำใหม คงไม่แนะนำ จะคิดเงินลูกค้าอย่างเดียว อีกประเด็นคิดค่าคีร์การ์ด 500บาท น่าจะมากไปนะคับ

Very good. Would definitely stay again.
