★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The accommodation was clean and bright with lovely helpful staff. Beautiful view over the river on outside seating. The price was such good value , wish we had stayed longer. Only downside for anyone who might struggle with steepish ladders on and off , could be a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, just a few minute walk to the main street with everything on it, which was good. Also nice lobby/restaurant area you can chill out on the river.
Should be called dengue hotel instead, which is why the 2 stars. The floor in the room has little cracks and holes, which mosquitos come in. Unless you load up on bug spray before bed, you'll be eaten alive throughout the night.
Small room, comfortable bed (minus the mosquitos at night) and very good air condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here fit 2 nights and I was hoping for a nice quiet spot on the river. It turned out quite differently from my expectations. Firstly the place is just really old and worn down. The only window in my room looked out directly into a concrete block wall about a foot away from the window. You might as well not have a window.
The worse thing about the place is that there is a common area in the middle of the guesthouse. Because the walls are really thin, you can hear everything that goes on there. The problem isn't the guests but rather the staff that works there. The guy who mans the place at night was playing music till about 2am the first night I was there. The 2nd night I tolerated it till about midnight and I had to go out and ask him to turn the music off.
Additionally, when the staff arrive at about 6am, they all start talking loudly in the common area so basically I couldn't sleep past that time. Definitely not the place to be if you want a good night's sleep.
The only positives about the place is the bed the large and comfy and there is a fridge and aircon. But not enough to overcome all the negatives.
One of the worst places I stayed at during my month in Thailand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location was perfect, hotel is lovely, very clean although there was a slight sewage smell coming from the hole in the bathroom floor. I'd still give it a 4 star though as otherwise no complaints. Staff are helpful, albeit their English is minimal .food is tasty and we'll priced. I'd happily stay here again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charming little place, one of the few Riverside accommodation available in Kanchanaburi. The last Room on the right is probably the room with the best unobstructed view of the river.
Room is decent size. The River view absolutely lovely although debris from upriver gets washed down towards the rafted rooms.
Location is excellent as the railway station is walking distance, as is the old town. Laundry service is plenty nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this place and am honestly trying to rearrange my travel plans so I can stay there again! The staff is very friendly and the rooms are cute and gorgeous and right on the river. If you get seasick, I wouldn't recommend to stay here, but I only felt light movement a couple of times when I was standing in my room.
There are beautiful views from every room and I was able to catch both the sunset and the next day's sunrise from the same place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love this place. Been once before many years ago. Located right around the corner from the war cemetery and museum. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Very small bathroom but is efficient. Nice deck in the back to watch the party boats go by in the evening. Friendly staff and service.
Great restaurant next door owned by a friendly Dutch guy. We ate there 3 times which is a lot for us.
