★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m from California and am no stranger to Taco Bell. Been here twice. First time the tacos were well-filled and very presentable. Second time, the tacos weren’t as filled, but still very presentable. Got stuffed with their “Big Box”. Taste was pretty much like Taco Bells back home, but the salsa was slightly different. Biggest gripe is the US prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty tacos, quesadillas, etc. A bit pricey for what you get, but hey, it's Taco Bell and you're in Thailand - not in small-town USA. Staff were friendly and easy going. Payment by credit cards accepted. Fast service. Only downside is that all Taco Bells in Thailand do not serve beans... So no bean burritos and no ability to substitute beans for meat. As a vegetarian, your options are limited, but still tasty. You can simply have them remove the meat when making the item. Enjoy! Open late.

The most convenient thing is that you can choose any type of taco/burrito and ask them to change the meat inside to your preference. For instance, I don't eat beef but yet I could choose taco supreme and changed the meat preference from beef to chicken. Additionally they can also turn all their items into just veg for you... Loved it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite disappointing: burrito was cold and cheese inside was not melted at all.
Taco was pretty empty, I think they forgot ingredients inside it. (just check the photo).
Staff was friendly and place is nice. Smaller than it seems from outside.
They prepare tacos in front of you.
Place was surprisingly busy at lunchtime.
I might give it another try soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having never tried the will known franchise before, i was excited to try it to the dismay of my USA friend. Now i know why. It was a mixed bag. Some items had a strange flavour. It was lacklustre but i could have eaten more of the taco. That was ok
