★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor. The parking is strange. They taped up 70-80% of the floor space and force people to park parallel, when there's plenty of space to park normally. It was occupied less than 20% at the time I visit (during working hour)
Very run-down interior. It feels like lots of money was invested here decades ago but has not been profiting and poorly managed.
