The staff gave very good advice. Tell them to notify them as evidence beforehand/and don't just transfer money.

Someone sent from a foreign country sent me an email telling me to pay 10,000 baht in taxes or fees. Then there was an email telling me to pay 15000 for something else. I didn't understand why it cost so much. I never received anything from a foreign country. Just for the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently sent some personal stuff from my late mother.....the value of which was literally zero.These people contacted my wife by email demanding 12000 baht on some items that are worthless including photos from my childhood. Bottom line.......these people are thieves extorting money from regular people.My advice. now I know......is, do not send anything to Thailand.If you can't bring it with you then leave it......as you will be subjected to this corruption. Now customs has stuff they can't sell and I lose memories.Also they refuse to send it back.Any other country would return the undelivered parcel without also demanding money to do so.These people are terrible... .the very worst corruption! Me ...I'm totally disgusted at this corrupt system. Everyone take heed and beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accompany my friend to clearence her online shopping item from US. Located at Suvarnabhumi International Airport Complex but not at the Arrival nor Departure Building. This was separated far far away. From airport terminal building, we need to catch Airport Shuttle bus with B or F bus code based on where you're catch them up and said need to go to Free Zone Area. Once you arrived at Free Zone Bus stop, you need to walk across the motorcycle parking zone to get into Custom Building. I'm going straight to 2nd floor where some Import document or things need to be clearenced before shipped into our address (special case). The staffs are friendly, the location is quite comfortable, not too many people, it was also clean and has clean toilets. I'll give 5 stars if their staffs can speak english well and informative. You need to bring ur thai friends to avoid miss understanding issues. Their forms also all in Thai, no english! My suggestion is, contact your shipping company (FedEx/ J&T/ DHL or etc.) before come to this place. there will be usually their staffs here and ready to help their clients but make sure the schedule first to the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to be my favourite airport........I tend to arrive a day early for my flight because you can spend all day walking around with lots of food choices.......and the Tourist police where very helpful when I missed my flight in 2015....they fed me too.
