★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are polite, but the facility itself isn’t so good. I went there for aromatherapy and all I smelled was the paint of the room for the whole time. The room maybe still new. There’re also many mosquito inside even through they tried to solve it with mosquito traps. The room wasn’t really prepared when I went in. It was hot, and stayed hot for most of the time. With the smell, the mosquito and the high temperature, how are you supposed to relax?
The massage was okay, but I felt like they weren’t trained for that aromatherapy specific service. What I got was more like a Thai massage with oil, which was okay.
There’re also no lock for the room when you’re supposed to take a shower after the session, and in front of the room there’s no sign that your room is occupied at all. What if other guests went in the wrong room?
Booking through app GoWabi to get a good deal wasn’t a good experience either. After booking the app didn’t even send information to the spa. So my schedule was unavailable. Fortunately I called in before the day so I got it rescheduled otherwise it would be a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great massage services at good price specially if you consider buying their package as it saves alot in the long run. I had better services from elsewhere like Healthland but this place is just optimal with the level of hospitality you receive and the money you pay for it.
Hope the management takes the time to make their scheduled appointments more punctual. We had to wait more than 20 minutes couple of times when we reached on time as per appointment fixed.
