★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Went there as I want to buy an Accord hybrid. We called in advance to ask if they had one and they said yes so we went there. Staff (a pregnant lady) would not show it to us as it is a customer car and told us there's no car. When we told her there's one outside she dragged her feet out but would not even open the car for us and told us to do not touch it. I'll order it somewhere else...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient repair and maintenance services. Spacious showroom and informative sales ladies. Best of all is the customers' lounge that provides free wifi, comfy seating, reading materials, big-screen tv, gourmet coffee, icecream cones, noodle cups, snacks, etc, all for free. One can easily spend 3-4 hours here.
My only complaint is prices charged for services here are on the steep side. Oh, well! One can't have it all!
