★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near airport, Central Chaengwattana is just across the street. Transportation not bad, have mini bus to BTS Mo Chit and Victory Monument. Local markets just at the soi entrance. Good place to dwell if you work at airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, very close to Central shopping mall, also a great undercover market close by offering Thai food, fruit and vegetables. Condo has a great figure of eight pool plus a reasonable gym. Condo rental prices are 40%+ cheaper than similar condo units in Sukhumvit, however, to get around you will need your own transport. The skytrain is under construction and due to open in 2022, which will link this suburb with the rest of Bangkok.
