★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice cakes and setting however we ordered a mango Frappuccino which was a big joke! It was so watery with almost no ice in it and not cold at all. We told the staff who brushed us away saying that it is a Frappuccino and he just left.He clearly did not want to address the problem and did not want to bother fixing it. How will Starbucks be able to maintain high and consistent standards and quality with this type of management/customer service? Very disappointing experience. At this price and location, I will stay clear from Starbucks from now on.

This place is so lovely that you just want to get a cup of coffee and sit outside in an open area. Nice breeze. People are lovely. Those two girls were helpful and welcoming. We were slightly late but they still took our order with a smile.
