★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The positive: Beautiful Starbucks. Lovely outside area with trees. Great view. The negative: Only two shots of espresso in a venti latte. Expensive. Coffee not as tasty as smaller cafés charging 1/4 of the price. It seems they import the coffee beans from abroad and don't use the (imho) amazing local beans from Chiang Rai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, Starbucks has outdone themselves with this location. It's a beautiful sky view of Bangkok from the 5th floor on the open landing of the beautiful Emquartier Helix building ( building on the left if you're coming from the BTS platform and looking at the two visible Emquartier buildings).
Built like a glass house, or greenhouse, the design is warm and welcoming, but the genius of this location is that the glass house is actually located underneath a high sunshade structure, so the Cafe itself doesn't get too hot in the afternoon sun.
Designed like it's sitting on a peninsula, the water features and garden surrounding the store are a great place to sit and enjoy.
Overall, really well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a very beautiful coffee shop in a glasshouse amid the shady atmosphere. Chill in the garden on the balcony floor. Unfortunately the seats are not enough. Many customers and everyone wants to enjoy the atmosphere for a long time.

And you can see the the landscape of Benzapitti park at the rooftop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally good, but I wish it was cozier. Like most big branches it rather looks like a canteen than a coffee shop. The good thing is that this branch doesn't get too busy. The staff is great and can speak some English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can't really work with your devices here since I didn't see any outlets at any seating location, maybe it was intentional in order to turn over tables quickly.
However, this was still one of my favorite starbucks location that made great use of the natural elements around the helix garden area. The seating area outside was shaded and pleasant as I was able to enjoy some pleasant breeze and the sound of the water feature nearby. I was as relaxing as one can feel being in a coffee shop in the midst of a busy city. It would have been nicer to be able to work a little on my device.
