★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time the best, the second time the worst! My first visit was a month apart from this second time; however, unbelievable that the two are totally different. No more imppression except the food. Terrible service. I called for soup refill, but the waiter brought the soup kettle to ask other tables around the reataurant and finally came to me the last! I ended up losing my appetite. Sorry, but this isn't worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, nice atmosphere, good food, delicious, good tea (Oolong tea) + free refill. All served in small portions, the price is a little high compare to the size. The ribs are soft but not so surprisingly special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abit pricey for such small portion, cost 1000+ for my order. The braised pork and egg are good but not the bak kut teh which taste more like pepper soup. Pickle is tasteless too. And more importantly, where is the soy sauce and chopped garlic? Environment is clean and comfortable though. Will i come again? NO.

Bak Kut Teh soup too plain...Should be more tasty than what I have.. Chief or Owner should maintain the original taste of the food..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ordering this homemade Ngoh Hiang at Song Fah Bak Kut Teh in Bangkok. Abit disappointed that in Thailand branch, they serve Ngoh Hiang together with the sour and spicy garlicky dip rather sweet dip.
The other dishes were just okay but I do prefer the original one in singapore
