Ideally located, it's close from central ladprao, next to tesco lotus and the night market stop at 1am.

Their new clecks are the worst i have ever seen. They Make life unbearable, unacceptable and diifult to their resident especially when the see you don't speak Spanish. The worst is the fat girl among them. The old clecks are 100 better. they have good manners to communicate with people and also can give u chance to sse their manager is the issue is beyond them. But these new once are pain in the Neil. Unprofessional clacks i haven't seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is peaceful. A walking distance from shopping malls & Chatuchak park, a great place for runners like me. Also Chatuchak market. The couple are very accomodating as well as their staff who maintains the cleanliness of my room. Just one thing I need to suggest, to put a table & chair for the guest to use during meal time. And most of all the security guards are too engaging even they don't understand English. But that's the challenged that I love most as a foreigner in every place I visited, the language barrier. Thank you for the care that made my stay worthwhile. Kob kun kap!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location, clean, modern, coin laundry machines on-site, elevator, gated parking, 24 hour security, key-card access to the building. Full suite of cable TV channels, hi speed internet was good most of the time. They offer short-term rentals as well and longer-term leases (3, 6 and 12 months). If you're here for a month, its hard to beat this place.
600 meter walk to the Phahon Yothin MRT station and to the Union Mall. Along the road (Lad Prao 1) you will find a couple of restaurants, Thai massage businesses, and an excellent selection of street food. Tesco Lotus is also just a 4 or 5 minute walk from here.
Rooms are completely cleaned twice weekly by the staff, and they do a wonderful job. The owners are a younger Thai couple, both who speak English extremely well, and who are always eager to help.
No pool or gym. As far as I'm concerned, those were the only drawbacks, but you can find a gym nearby if you want to work out. This is a great place to hang your hat for a week, for a month, or for a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, nice rooms. Very convenient access to the BTS Skytrain (Ha Yaek Lat Phrao station). Tesco-Lotus nearby. Central Lat Prao perhaps 10 min walk via elevated walkway. Good for longer-term business or vacation travel. Downsides: really none but be aware that the soi is pretty busy and can make for challenging driving.
