Bagus.
Nice. This does not exist in Indonesia or even the world except in Thailand.

A restaurant that uses the idea of solar energy to make the chicken cooked to the inside, suppressing the fat from the chicken until it's almost dry, not burning like a charcoal grill. Looks clean with how to do it. The taste and the dipping sauce are delicious and it's a concept that should be studied by ordinary people by the owner himself. It's really good.

Gayan is only here in the world of baking with a mirror! Purity not to do on bad weather. It's amazing because the equipment was made by my uncle. The taste is definitely the best I've ever eaten. Juicy as the gravy comes out because the skin has tension. I want to eat again.

Khun Sila Sitarat was a humble, affable host - quietly proud of his solar cooking arrays, and the super tasty solar grilled chicken & pork ribs he cooks with them. I'm glad I didn't have a large dinner the night before and only a light breakfast - and the brisk walk from the hostel I stayed in - because I had room to try the all tasty solar cooked fare. "Aroy Mak Mak!" (which is what I should have said if I wasn't a bit dazed & stuffed by my lunch). It is kinda sad, though, that Khun Sila & the community are still reliant on petrol, diesel, and gas to run their cars, bikes, trucks, water pumps, and electricity generators... but I like to hope that once the first solar panels go up, and the first electric vehicles hit the road, using solar energy will catch on as fast as it takes to broil a chicken on Khun Silat's solar barbecues. My fellow Australians, our American overlords, and Chinese brethren: we have no excuse not to do more solar cooking like this when Ajaan Silat has been doing this for over 2 decades now.
