★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value accommodations and Thai food. Quiet location of the highway route 1 that allows for a peaceful sleep. Hot water in sink& shower a plus. Staff was amused at my learning Thai language and we had a few laughs. It gets the job done and I'll return when traveling between Chiang Mai and Bangkok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was recommended to me by one of my staffs on my trip to Bangkok. How on earth did you get an 8.3 on Traveloka for such this hotel? Evenings are off limits for placing meal orders. I couldn't use my computer because of an issue with their energy socket. The worst part is that they lack a connector! Take care when driving to this hotel. Googling the village and corn cultivation could lead you there. It doesn't look like the proper route at night because it is very little and narrow, making it appear to be the phantom route.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean rooms, bedsheet, bathroom, hot water, parking etc in that price makes this place a traveler delight. Its like western countries motel concept, where you can stay the night between your travel. I skipped the free breakfast, that is basically for Thais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms at this Resort are huge! Best value for price if you're only looking at Rooms. The bathrooms are western-style complete with hot and cold water options in the shower oh, and the bathroom is massive as well.
I'm getting 3 out of 5 stars because the breakfast included is a breakfast that only a Thai people will eat. They were no Western Friendly Foods. Usually Resorts will have omelettes or Thai porridge which are popular Thai breakfast meals that westerners can eat but this Resort seems to be focused on rural Thai customers. If you come here plan on eating here. The coffee was horrible too. Some sort of instant coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a drive through bed and breakfast hotel for a night of stop over. Location is easily accessed by the main road and didnt use any of their services. Stay there for a night, is a good size room for 2, clean bed and big toilet. Reasonable price, highly recommended.
