★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pretty view of the mighty Mekong. Skywalk gives you a bird's eye view of the entire valley. They also have an elephant show and slot of selfie locations. Located by a big Budda as well. Well worth the trip

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the must-to-see place around this area of Northeast Thailand, if you visiting this area around Nong Khai. Take 211 road all the way from Nong Khai to Chiang Khan along Mekong River. This road is in good condition. We can enjoy several stop places to look over the river and sight of Laos. During Covid not so busy and some small coffee shop are closed.
We will need to pay for shoes cover and transportion as we will change to local pick up truck bus to go to Skywalk (may be only 5 minutes). Nice place to have yiour lunch or snack at the sitiing areas of Skywalk. The view is fantastic and can see the Mekong river go inside Laos from here. Enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommend to go in the morning, which u will get to experience the morning fog over the view, then it will start to clear up then u see the panoramic view of thailand, laos, seperate by mekong river. Access fee is only 60 baht, including van ride up, disposable shoes, and ticket. Worth it. Better come when it’s still new and not too crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good , great views of the river and mountains and over into Laos, well worth a visit . Parking is free lower down but you buy a short taxi ride to the top . Glass bottom sky walk had a few people clinging to the rail ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great viewpoint with a thrill, very popular now for those visiting Chiang Kan, Loei. Located in front of the Big Buddha, protruding to Mekong river, the skywalk offers a spectacular view of Laos and the riber intersection.
Also not for the faith of heart since 80% of this walkway is glass bottom.
The admission will cost around 60 thb (80thb with additional stop to an elephant sanctuary which I didn't pay for) though i'm not so sure if these prices are applicable to foreigners or not since there is no seperate admission sign which most Thai tourist places tend to have.
Included with the fee is a shuttle to the top of the hill and slippers to wear on a glass-bottom walkway
It's easily accessed by road around 20-30 min from Chiang Kan walking street. I also saw a shuttle van service from the town which should be great for those who don't drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best views in the region. Beautiful scenery. Very peaceful site. Plenty of tourist spending opportunities at the base but they're not pushy. An elephant viewing experience is included but as with most elephant tourist opportunities in this part of the world animal welfare isn't the first priority so we didn't condone it with our presence.
