ร้านกาแฟที่ใช้การชงด้วย Moka pot จะให้รสชาติกาแฟอีกมิติหนึ่ง และทางร้านมีเมล็ดกาแฟอราบิก้าให้เลือกหลากหลายแหล่งที่มา เช่น เอธิโอเปีย, โคลอมเบีย, บราซิล, ไทย, ลาว ส่วนใหญ่เน้นคั่วกลางซึ่งยังคงคาแรคเตอร์ของตัวเมล็ดกาแฟนั้นๆอยู่
และเจ้าของร้านเป็นบาริสต้าเอง ชงด้วยใจ การชงสามารถดึงtaste note ของเมล็ดกาแฟออกมาได้ค่อนข้างดี
