★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding restaurant with the most amazing cocktail we had ever had; Tamarind cocktail. Amazing people and among them the friendliest, loveliest person working there, Liza - you are the best! The ship has a very big and interesting history & it’s stunning how they renovated it! Will absolutely visit every night once I am in Bangkok again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice restaurant, good variety of food and very friendly staff! If you go there for a special occasion, like a birthday or anniversary, they will prepare special cake and complimentary drink for you. We were served by Annie and Q, they were amazing. Will come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would definitely recommend this place. The bitterballen tasted better than the “real” Dutch bitterballen and I’m Dutch! Cocktails were great too. Food was very tasty, but if you can’t eat spicy don’t order any of the spicy dishes “less spicy” this restaurant just can’t do that for you.
For example, don’t order the curry, we told the waiter not to make it spicy, but it was that level spicy (with the side note that they could not make it less spicy, but that was only after it had been served). Restaurant was nice enough to make an alternative that was also tasty, however would have liked to avoid this al together, really hate wasting food.
Communicating with some of the staff in English was challenging whereas others were great, overal the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great time.
The main issue on the night we were there is that the restaurant didn’t inform us there was an event going on, it was very loud, again the restaurant tried to go out of their way to find us a better not so loud spot, which worked, so good service there.
Final note is that later in the evening all the dinner tour boats dock across from this boat so you get to see everyone coming back, we really enjoyed the people watching.
Unfortunately I don’t have any pictures of the top deck which was equally impressing and in the current monsoon season had a nice breeze blowing over the deck.
I can’t give this place 5 stars for our specific night, but if you go on a day there’s no event and avoid our “mistakes”, you’ll definitely have a “5 star” night! It makes for a great date place.
Ps: the boat is covered so if it’s raining I think you’ll still be ok sitting outside (we didn’t experience this but this should be the case due to the large cover).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional service from Khun Tul. Explained and recommended all menus attentively. Took us a lot of photos in many angles. Foods were in good portions and delicious. The atmosphere was really nice. Totally worth the price you paid. Surprised BD cake on the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very attentive and friendly staff. The food was nice, option is limited though but reasonably priced. We specially love the caramel cheesecake and the drinks.
Unfortunately it was raining so the upper deck was closed for dining but you can still walk around. The ambiance was relaxing, good for an intimate dinner.

We ordered the fish taco just for some food which were light and full of flavour.
The drink on the other hand were a bit all over the place and really unbalanced. I guess it's more focused on the tourist crowd. If you come here, stick to the beer and wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re looking for a dining experience that feels like you’re away on holiday, Sirimahannop is the perfect place.
We went on a weekday to celebrate our anniversary which meant less people on deck if you prefer a quieter evening.
We ordered a variety of food and they all came very quickly. The staff were very attentive and the service was impeccable. Here is the list of food we ordered:
1. The pork chop was moist and tender
2. Two portions of oysters that were top quality and flavourful
3. Popcorn chicken with sweet chili sauce
4. A very airy cheesecake with salted caramel sauce
5. Citrusy salmon
6. Beef cheek in red wine was my favorite, it was rich and even more tender than the salmon
7. Chicken in peanut sauce was a hit, comes with crispy rice
8. Dark chocolate brownie that wakes the soul - if you’re into chocolate
Make sure to book in advance, reservations only during dinner time 6/7 however from 8pm onwards there is an option to walk in if it isn’t too busy.
5pm onwards for sunset views, while later in the evenings, you’ll have the opportunity to watch party boats rock up to the Asiatique pier, some give out disco vibes, while others are elegantly and silently shining.
