★ ★ ★ ★ ★ แนะนำอย่าซื้อเด็ดขาด รวมทั้งคนเช่า แนะนำหาที่อื่นที่ดีกว่า ค่าส่วนกลางไม่ได้ถูกกว่าคอนโดอื่น แต่เวลามีปัญหาอะไร ไม่มีส่วนนิติรับผิดชอบ เป็นคอนโดที่เสียงดังหนวกหู ทั้งห้องด้านหน้าด้านหลัง แถมเก่ามาก ไม่เคยได้รับการปรับปรุงใดๆ (โพสไว้ปี2565)
Recommend not to buy at all. including tenants Recommend looking for a better place. The common fee is not cheaper than other condos. But when there is a problem No legal responsibility It is a noisy condo. Both the front and back rooms are very old and have never been renovated. (Posted in 2022)
