★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend lives there in a nice small 2 bedroom apartment. Very nicely furnished. Amenities include a small shop, swimming pool and security staff. Location is 10 minutes walk from nearest Sky Train station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a year in a corner 1br unit facing Mahanakorn Building. Room is spacious with large floor to ceiling window but incredibly odd layout. It's a U shape room with the entrance being at the left tip and bedroom on the top right tip. However, loved the view and especially when it rains.
The only annoying bit is having to take 2 elevators. One to go to the lobby and a second one to actually go out of the complex.
