Needed my wedding ring resized to a larger size and it wasn't going to be easy due to the pattern but they did an excellent job and in a very fast time frame. I was a little big after the adjustment with the size I had agreed to but the next day the owner arranged for it to be reduced by one size and now it fits perfectly. I was fine to pay for this to be done as it is very difficult sometimes to get the size correct but the owner didn't charge any more for this work. I can highly recommend this shop as they have a rare and very high customer satisfaction level. A+++
