★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamtak claims to be the largest stone supplier and after my many visits.. I believe it. There are hundreds of different marbles and granites in Stock, literally thousands of slabs. They have 20+ three axis cutting stations, and an automated flame surfacer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Varieties of marble and stones to choose from but the service is unacceptable! Their service makes me question the human resourse (HR) department on how they select who they recruit and even on their training. Do they even train thier sales person on how to provide a ‘good’ service? I have placed and order not long ago and i had to cancel a minor part of the order. I contacted the sales person who took care of my order and she stated that i will get the refund amount 7-10 days after i have recieved the goods. 11 days after i have recieved the goods, i contacted the sales person about the refund i was suppose to recieve, but what she said was that she has to wait for her boss’ approval, which the ‘boss’ is not in Thailand. I asked her how long would it take, but she couldnt say, the only thing she said was ‘i will follow up for you’. And so i waited, It was nearly a week until i had to ask the sales person again and again. It took most of my time every other day to request for my refund. About 3-4 days before i actually get my refund back, the sales person said i will definately get it within the day... and so i kept asking everyday, consecutively, until i cannot wait no longer and asked her to get me the contacts of her ‘boss’ or the CEO. I asked her why is it so hard to just transfer the money, does it have to be done by the old fashion way? Because now we have online banking to facilitate real time transactions. The sales person said that it only has to be done the old fashion way, and so i waited... she said that the employee is going to the bank to transfer, you will get it within 10 mins. So i waited, 15 mins passed, no refund amount in my account. I kept asking the sales person, and it took her 40-60mins to transfer and send me the evidence... and guess what, she used online banking to transfer the refund.
I find this the most unprofessional service ever. With such a big company and brand. This should not even happen. The company should be able to make the customers feel that they can trust and rely on their service. It is also important for the owners/CEOs to be more open to how their employees are working and use customer reviews to improve their service.
I just hope that other people/ potential customers will not encounter the same issue as me.
