★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A spacious bargain-hunting destination for major luxury leather and clothing brands (...main sans Cartier, Chanel ou Louis Vuitton) that hits the sweet spot. Well-known sports goods and high-street brands have stores here including a couple of high-end watch brands. You can find shops selling houseware, gadgets and bedding too. A large Jim Thompson shop here is worth a visit if you're looking for quality Thai silk products at reasonable prices. The downside is there are too few good restaurants to go to.
Yet I like how the place is tastefully designed and has a modern playground for kids. Trees and plants dot the place beautifully. Shopping wise it's better than a rival outlet mall nearby. It's also more easily accessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful outdoor Premium outlet near Suvarnabhumi Airport. It just opened in June 2020. The Mall is medium size. Lot of shops, clean and new. I like the welcome dancing fountain. It nice. First week of the grand opening was huge discount. Now, I don't see much different than the price in the shop.

Food court still closed, but still many eating out places are available. Playground is quite impressive. Variety of shop from Sport brands to Luxury.

The place is friendly for both kids and grands to come in family packs.
The areas are divided in many zones but easy to find places.
There are playground for children to enjoy a little bit adventure to climb and hike.
