★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ควรเทรนพนักงานด้านไอทีนิดนึงเกี่ยวกับระบบหรือการช่วยเหลือลูกค้า นี่เหมือนไม่รู้เรื่องเรื่อง otp เลยหรอ ถ้าเบอร์ลูกค้าถูกต้อง เว็บไซต์ยืนยันถูกต้อง ทุกอย่างไม่มีปัญหา ต้องมีปัญหาที่ไหนซักที่ เนื่องจากลูกค้าใช้เบอร์เดิมไม่มีปัญหา แต่พอเปลี่ยนเบอร์มือถือ otp ไม่ทำงาน ทำงานในระบบปกติแต่ระบบที่ร้องขอตัดบัตรครั้งแรกมักไม่ทำงาน ต้องเข็คแล้วมั้ย ว่าเกิดจากอะไรตรงไหน โทษนั่นโทษนี่ สิบเว็บก็ไม่ได้สิบเว็บ เว็บที่ส่งคำร้องขอตัดบัตรปลายทางก็คือ scb อยู่ดี อย่างน้อยรีเซ็ทเบอร์เผื่อระบบมีปัญหาจริงๆก็ยังดี นี่ไม่ทำอะไรเลย แล้วจะต่อคิวไปทำไมตั้งนาน
