I found them online and messaged them right away. Juleigh who answered all my queries is very informative and professional. Booked me for a consultation right away. The place is very clean and tidy. Location wise is good. Very private (which I think is very important) The specialist A.J is very welcoming and professional. He knows what he’s doing! I went there to see if they adhere to UK standard just like what they advertise and oh boy I was not disappointed! Can’t wait to have my treatment done with them!

The clinic is very clean. AJ is very professional and has all the answers to your questions regarding SMP. He made me feel comfortable enough that I decided right away to do my treatment with him. Cannot wait to see the results!

Scalp culture review I had a few friends talking about pico and micro pigmentation lately so I decided to look into it as I suffer from pretty severe alopecia and so for the last 15 years. I had considered implants in the past but back then, treatments were very very invasive and the final result to expect was far from pleasing. It is commonly misunderstood that once you start implanting hairs, you are likely to need multiple procedure without ever achieving the full head of hair you dreaming to get, unless of course you go for a few years long, multiple surgery and very expensive procedure that will nonetheless leave your skull scared for life! Implants eventually fall off just like normal hair and as you are aging and your hair is thinning, the scars will be slowly but surely more visible. So I did my research and over a couple of month period did research, investigations and visited multiple clinics in France, Belgium and lately in Bangkok where I reside. It turns out that among all clinics and centers I contacted, it was with SCALP CULTURE that I felt most comfortable. Unfortunately back then, their available locations were both in the UK and that would have resulted in added unwanted travel, accommodation with substantial extra money spent as the treatments are delivered in 3 sessions. Luckily for me, a few month later Scalp Culture opened a new clinic in Bangkok and after contacting Juleigh, who is responsible for the logistics of all three clinics, I was able to book my first meeting with the person in charge of the Bangkok division, AJ. The latter one took all the needed time to explain in a very clear manner what to expect of the treatment and how to take care of my scalp for the few days following the procedure. As I’m writing this review, I have just gone a few days ago for my second session, and had the pleasure of meeting Justin, the “Big Boss” (founding father of the business)who was nothing short of encyclopedia on micro pigmentation. Both Justin and AJ collaborated on my second treatment. The results are astonishing and I can’t wait to get my third and last session in a few weeks. Trust me, don’t hesitate! All round perfect service. AJ is an absolute professional, calm and most reassuring. Workmanship and detailing are to the best of standards. Highly recommended. But bear in mind that this is not a miracle quick fix. Speak with AJ (for Bangkok), look at photos and discuss what the outcome will be. For those with reasonable expectations, the end result will be most satisfying.

Strange company, tried to make a appointment for a treatment, but have to pay in advanced the full amount. Didn't see the office yet, only talked to a women from the UK by phone. I couldn't even make an appointment without paying in full, because other people were waiting, and if I would not show up they will lose that time. It was no problem making an appointment for treatment the day after though, as long as I pay. Doesn't sound like they are busy to me, and I would be very careful with this company. Even if I go to the dentist or doctor, I pay after, not before, even without seeing the product. It's easy to get fake positive reviews, so be careful with what you read.

I have just completed the SMP (Scalp MicroPigmentation) treatment at Scalp Culture in Bangkok with Marc. I am beyond satisfied with the results and the whole process. I was a little nervous about the treatment at first since it is a cosmetic procedure, however I am so glad I went through with it. It is giving me a huge boost in confidence with something I was a little self conscious about for a few years now. I went through 3 sessions and he has showed amazing care during the sessions and gave me very clear aftercare instructions, since the aftercare makes a huge difference in the final results. He made sure to educate me on the steps to take at home and provided the instructions in writing as well. He even followed up and checked on me between our sessions on how the pigment is settling in. He explained everything thoroughly to ensure I did everything properly and carefully.
