★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled across this place on our first day in Kanchanaburi and ended up going back everyday for four days. The owner Pele and his Thai wife are great people who has plenty of time for tourists. They invited us in and where happy to talk about things to do in the area.
We ended up renting a moped from him during our stay and it was well worth it, completly hassle free.
When we checked out of our guest house we had nowhere to store our bags. Pele kindly let us leave them at his bar for the day whilst we visited the death railway and Erwan waterfalls. He even gave us a lift to the bus station in the evening to catch our night bus to Chiang Mai.
If you ever visit Kanchanaburi this place is a must as this man will be willing to help you with anything.
