★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A unique opportunity to see elephants living their natural life. There is no elephant riding but you can observe and interact with the elephants in other ways. Rooms in the hotel section are comfortable and large. The bungalows are spread out over the compound which is quite hilly, why it is good advice to use the shuttle service. Food in the restaurant is good, but could do with some additions to create more variety. Overall a good place to stay with the potential to become even better.

I cannot stand outdoor camping and detest dirt and inconvenience that followed with it. Ihave always been quite picky about service and accommodation, usually stayed in boutique or 4/5 star hotels.
However, after staying here for 3 nights, here're my thoughts
Perfect and convenient way to enjoy the nature. The lake view cabin was modern with hot shower and quiet air conditioning. Overall hotel is old and poorly maintained but tbh I don't know how anyone could upkeep such big estate. Breakfast was simple but all rounded. On weekend nights, there's a lively mukata night where it seems like the whole village gathers and creates a lovely atmosphere. There are bugs but... nothing can be done about it, it is really in the middle of the jungle. Super quiet at night.
Elephant experiences can be booked- strongly recommend. It is beautiful way to connect with the majestic animals.
Staff members are all warm and friendly.
Only thing is, the concierge can work on being a little more friendly and informative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice grounds that could use a bit more upkeep. Terrible food. Can be much better with some effort. About 15 years past its prime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our stay. Above all spending time with elephants ?
It’s a really good sanctuary where people like and take care of older elephants. We learned many things about these animals. Very educational for children. Quiet place surrounded by nature.
Restaurant was good and the personnel was very kind but quite long. Not enough people working and some dishes or cocktails not available...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such good experience staying here. It’s a premium hotel with private environment. The room is very nice; a bed is comfortable and a toilet is well designed. Other spaces in the room are also good. This resort is pet-friendly, which my corgi son was really happy staying here. He ran a lot around the resort and also met elephants & boars. *highly recommended*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great big space resort
have dinosaurs statue for photo, activities with elephants, quiet and quite luxury.
minus one point for not being totally cleaned in some area of the garden in the resort and.. the reduction in dinner food menu (might be becaue of COVID-19) anyway the staffs here doing quite well, with friendly , service-minded

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has great potential but needs a lot of work! They remodeled the rooms and from a distance they look very nice. While you are out in the woods, there is a lot of bugs in the room and the grounds needs some work. Unless you pay extra you will not see many elephants. We seen this one while riding bikes. Breakfast is editable but the coffee is like tar. It is very relaxing and the staff are wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An elephant's sanctuary and resort situated in a gigantic 900 Rai forest. There are more than 100 rooms to accommodate tourists and siminar. Rooms are quite decent in the forest setting.
There are currently 9 elephants in the sanctuary, just about a perfect size for the land.
There are activities related to elephants from feeding, riding, to bathing with them. This is popular among European tourist. They stays the whole month in the resort.
Whitewater rafting is a popular activity in rainy seasons as Pitsanulok is famous for its rapid water.
