★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old and derelict building. Very noisy, especially at night. Cleaning and security staff exceptionally rude and unattentive, mocking tennants, using vulgar language. Staff in general very unhelpful. Avoid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not clean at all, but always very noisy! Staff extremely rude, always with a sour face, mumbling rude words behind tennants' backs. Maid's son screaming all afternoon at the top of his lungs. Neighbours coming and going at all nighttime hours, making a lot of noise, and waking up people at 3AM. Avoid!!

When I lived there, frequently people tried to break into my apartment, both, short-term tennants, as well as the overweight Thai maid, who sometimes tried to open the door without asking the tennant (me). The people who act as guards are unqualified, rude, abusive, and can be heard, speaking in Thai, 'what apartments to enter, and whether they are locked or not'...
Also, the building is very noisy at all hours, with tennants above me loudly moving furniture and pots every other day at 2 A.M. and 4 A.M.! Sometimes, drunk(?) tennants, and even strangers enter the building at night, walking around, loudly laughing and yelling. You have been warned!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend Saitip Place. While the location is convenient, it also seems to be past its prime.
Cleanliness is not the staff's priority, it seems. The trash always piles up, and only 10m from the main entrance someone established a very smelly private fishmarket, drying fish every day for hours! It's just unbearable!
The staff is racially abusive, unhelpful, and very unfriendly. Tennants like to slam doors loudly at all hours, including at night! It's just too noisy to sleep!
I voted with my feet, and found a much nicer place nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place I ever stayed at! Dingy, gloomy, very noisy, especially at night, unclean, and with the laziest, most unfriendly and foul-mouthed staff I ever met! Why do the maids bicker and gossip loudly all day, rather than clean?
