★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a wallet from this shop since 17 October 2017. After using 7 months, my wallet corner leather is tear, so I come and repair my wallet on July 2018. They told me that will take a month to repair. I told them that’s fine for me to wait. And they said that will call me and check the date. But I did not get respond from them until yesterday I called them. And they said that they will let someone to contact as soon as possible. However, still did not get any respond from this YSL Siam paragon shop. I am wondering why service is so bad, comparing to Singapore and Uk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store clerk is very disrespectful. I am looking for a bag, but they do not have stock. Then I say thank you and go, but they are very disrespectful, not even saying thanks. And the way she put back the bag to the shelf is so rough, so I can heard that the woman who served me was angry, with a screamed face, very different when I was saw the bag. That kind of worker is not proper for selling this level of brand. YSL. Maybe she think, if she sell YSL means... she is the owner, so she can be rude to the customer. Its so dissapointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the shop 3-4 days ago, the staffs were so bad. The lady staffs talk to each other very loud and don’t care about the customer. One of the staff was charging mobile phone in front and middle of the shop with the acting of un-manner and unproper. I want to ask about the shoes size no one come to service they just talk to each other with fun and loud so i change my mind and walk out. Just only one man staff who say thank you,,,,, feel like shopping in the low market

I purchased a mens wallet, I stated my concern with the rubber bumper on the wallet, they advised me that it will be covered in warranty, that's why you spend a lot of money on a wallet, less than 6 months old it started peeling off on the corners, so naturally went back in to the store to advise them, then they told me that there is no warranty and they can send it away to get re rubber on the wallet for more than I played for it, what a joke DO NOT BUY YSL SCAM CHEAP PRODUCTS
