การทำงานเป็นไปอย่างล่าช้า สอบถามข้อมูลพนักงานชายห้องชั่ง คำตอบเป็นลักษณะไม่ติดตามงาน ปัดๆส่ง ไม่คิดที่จะช่วยตรวจสอบว่าทำไมลงสินค้าช้า...พูดแค่ว่าไม่รู้... การลงสินค้าที่ล่าช้า ส่งผลและกระทบการขนส่งอื่น ที่จะไปบริการลูกค้าอื่นไม่ทันเวลา ระบบการบริหารจัดการค่อนข้างแย่ ถึงแย่มาก พนักงาน และ ผู้บริหาร ไม่มีสปิริต
ระบบเอกสาร ล้าหลัง ล่าช้า และ ให้อำนาจคนเซนต์ วุ่นวายไปหมด
ที่สำคัญ สหฟาร์ม ไม่รักษาเวลาของคนอื่น ควรที่จะบริหารเวลาให้เหมาะสม
หวังว่า การทำงาน มีการวางแผนที่รวดเร็วและ มีสปิริต มากกว่านี้ เราอยู่บนโลกที่มีเทคโนโลยี ที่ก้าวหน้าและรวดเร็ว แต่กลับได้เห็นบริษัท ที่ยังทำงานล่าช้า และตามไม่ทันคู่แข่ง เช่น CP กับ Betagro
