★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good overall experience. Wifi on one floor wasn’t fast but they quickly moved us to another room which was much better. Beds are comfy, rooms are large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a free upgrade to nicer room however it was a smokers room and it smelled of stale cigarette smoke with cigarette burns on the carpet. I was offered a chance to move but it was to a smaller room so I declined. The decor is dated including cd/outdated iPad player that did not work, burnt out desk lamp and a sweaty smelling Teddy bear. There was not a separate shower and that was a bit awkward climbing up into raised tub for shower. My room had a wonderful city view window which was nice. The hallways reek of old smoke because they are carpeted. Pleasant staff who never failed to smile. Location is OK, with train stations within 500 meters. A bit far from Soi 4 if you like that vibe. In these Covid times, I secured a great rate which made it a good stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s beyond me how this place can be called a luxury hotel. Overall feels like the Management has no motivation to run a decent service and facilities are poorly maintained. Staff is unfriendly and unwilling to help in comparison to other Thai hotels, the hotel is phenomenally understaffed (are there more than 5 people here?), rooms have a slightly stained smell, and the guests are required to take care of everything themselves.
Pros:
- halfway clean
- good location
Cons:
- little to no service, example: a) I needed ask other guests where to find pool towels (no staff around to ask) and then needed to head to a different floor to get them myself b) trying to get a drink at the pool, but the staff on the same floor sent just told us they weren’t in charge and we had to go the first floor. On the first floor, we were told we needed to go to the 6th floor bar. o
- breakfast buffet is large but very poor quality (‘hot food’ cold, low quality ingredients, tea cold and very watery)
- AC sometimes smells of sewers which becomes so strong that we woke up from it in the middle of the night
- shower is designed so tut it’s impossible to shower without turning the whole bathroom into a pond
- hallways and rooms need a paint job
Overall: do not stay here, chose a good 2 or 3 star hotel instead or go to the Marriott Marquis around the corner - you’ll be better off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 days 5 nights with a package for Test & Go. Arrived at 5pm at night and got Pcr done on arrival. Staff were nice and welcomed me well. Pcr test result, I didnt quite get it because they did take your email and said result will be sent but I didnt get it until I rang them myself at 1pm the next day. On day 5, at 1115am when I needed to check out by 12pm so I rang them. Overall, staff at the restaurant, at concierge on G floor were great. Room is pretty good for me, except microwave was dirty and coffee machine still got old pod in it. Apart from that It was great to stay there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are spacious and clean. Concierge is on the 1st floor and for the check in you must go to the 8th floor. I recommend not taking a smokers room cause the smell is really bad and there‘s no chance to remove the smell in any way. You can‘t really open the windows and the air condition is loud and takes a lifetime to cool down. The bathroom is really dark so for ladies it’s impossible to put some make up on. But after all it was a decent stay for that price. I can’t understand the complaints about the staff cause they were always friendly and doing their best to serve us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the hotel and don't understand the many complaints in other ratings.
1. Staff speaks very good english, is helpful and professional.
2. Rooms are good, maybe not the highest 5 star standard that there is but consider you only pay 30$ - 60$ per night. I stayed in junior suite and duplex suite and loved both rooms. The bed is really very comfortable and everything is in good shape.
3. Breakfast is below average for 5 star but as it is included for free I dont care about it.
This hotel is always my choice in Bangkok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is our first night and unfortunately we have 6 more.
First impressions were not great as we were not shown to our room upon check in but it only got worse.
The room we are in is without question the dirtiest room we have ever stayed in, there are stains all over the sides, floor, bowls & bed.
The television is faulty and has wires hanging all over the place, & the wires to the stereo system (why?) were completely torn apart.
The complimentary slippers my partner opened and fell apart in her hands as if they have been here for the last two years (which the room feels like it’s been left for the last two years).
Some of the lights do not work and strangely we have tea bags but there is no kettle, we have asked for one a few hours ago but as of yet it has not arrived.
Day 2 and I am presently pleased with breakfast, there is a good selection and it is refilled regularly, for a change the hotel staff here are very friendly and attentive.
My partner has just attempted to have a shower and the water is cold, time for another enjoyable conversation with the reception staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a mix up where we were given the wrong room. We soon got to the Panorama View Suite. A super spacious room, with an amazing view and great facilities. Amazing bathroom, with a large full bath and shower separate.
The beds are comfortable Western style beds, about a medium mattress. Lovely clean white cotton bedding. I got excellent sleep
