★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coffee was good, but the waitresses were dreadful. They really don't want to offer any service at all and it appears that serving customers is a real inconvenience for them. Not a place to go to if you will need to get served quickly before a flight. Laughably they charge a compulsory 10% service charge. I suspect the service would be quicker if they relied upon tips,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's first time for me and I got a bad experience from a staff..! I ordered food and wait half and hours.. There no one served a meal for me but they have a food to served a foreigners customers.!
When I asked them, staff said didn't cook my meal yet.! WHAT? " I didn't mean I so angry on that situation but Your staff not say Sorry for me at all.! How come? How they can work like that?.

I asked the waiter for the drink I order didn't come until the last minute. and she did not answer and disappeared with an irritated look on her face.
I then approached another waiter and my drink had not arrived. I told her that I wanted to pay the bill already.
The waiter then said, "Please wait a moment.
After waiting for a while, a cold drink came out. (I ordered a hot cafe latte).
Just an expensive and lousy restaurant.
I will never use this restaurant again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually not too bad for airport food. Ordered the chicken and rice, good flavor and moist. My beautiful wife ordered seafood conje and she was quite pleased. Finished with pork dumplings which were tasty. Service was pretty good also

Only two waitress walking and working on everything during lunch time, so it is so difficult just to get her attention to clean the previous table, get the menu, order food, get the water, get the bills, etc. Food is slow, so make sure you have time before the flight. Should just have 1-2 more staff.
Only few restaurants at the airport during the covid year made us had no choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ main grub here is the ultra long wait. as an airport restaurant there are many people in a rush but the wait time on a non peak 2pm was 30-45min. taste wise was alright, generous in seafood portion for my green curry omelette rice. would not recommend the fried rice though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful services. There were 5 waitresses! EVERY SINGLE STAFF constantly avoided eye contacting, took them forever to get menu, took order, and so on. The staff weren't busy or anything they just talked among one another, and kept their eyes fixed on the ground. The only time they were fast is when they gave the bill, no kind gestures or said thank you, not a single word. There was no greeting with entering the restaurant either. Went there with my dad, just 2 of us, and they have the courtesy to charge the service fee on the bill when they barely did nothing and gave us the most awful service experience
Food was not bad. I enjoyed their Thai fusion pasta dish. Their sticky rice from mango sticky rice tasted and felt like microwaved.
If this wasn't the only Thai restaurant at the airport, I wouldn't even bother come
