From start to finish the booking procedure & the process went smoothly with no problems.
My Thailand pass and other documents arrived with plenty of time.
When I landed I was met by the friendly representative and within 5 minutes I was on my way to my hotel, impressive!
The private car was clean and the driver friendly.
I had chosen the Mercure Hotel Soi 11. When I got there the staff were brilliant. I had my PCR test within 10 minutes and went to my room. The room was great and the bed comfy. 4 hours later I had a call to say all OK.
Well done Royal Vacation & Mercure Hotel !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this company to organize my wife and my Phuket Sandbox scheme, and I do not regret it. Everything went very well, as planned. They have done everything for us. Book our 7nights bed and breakfast in one of the ASQ hotel, book the private hire car from the airport and the PCR tests, and finally apply for the Thailand pass. Their continuous support and communication through emails was fast and extremely helpful. I recommend this company for all those who doesn't want to be stressed with their booking !!

Current trip, our flight was cancelled whilst we were at connection airport, meaning we would arrive a day later than all our hotel bookings and thai pass etc stated.. Send an email, and within 45 minutes all required changes made, and new itinery recieved.. Excellent. Thank-you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I used Royal Vacations Feb 2022, they did everything for us, getting our Thai Passes, Hotel booking, insurance, at the time we required both day 2 and day 5 PCR tests.
Everything went perfectly well.
Such a good company to communicate with, answer email questions promptly with knowledgeable staff, can't fault them at all.
Anyone entering thailand I guarantee you won't be disappointed, no worry or stress at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not enough can be said, of the lengths Katie/Kedsala, Ree, Toon and the rest of the team, went to for me and will for you too!
Not only did they save me the stress of the initial booking, Thai Pass, insurance, ect, but when I had to reschedule MORE THAN ONCE, they were right there with excellent support at all hours and rescued me and my dream vacation.
Even as it becomes easier to enter Thailand,
I would still recommend letting Royal Vacations take care of all your needs, so you can just enjoy and know the experts are doing everything for you.
Can’t wait to use them again.
If only they booked flights too!
