★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just to remind you guys before renting office here. they charge you 45-60 days in advance for rental payment. and if you pay a little later than the due, the penalty charge is about 1600+ THB which is very unreasonable. Location is great and services are great though, their only problem is the unreasonable payment charge.
