Must be one of the smallest Bars in Jomtien but a good one.
The girls are friendly & not "in your face".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So very relaxed! And such a funny and friendly place in Soi 2, Jomtien Beach!
I stayed at Vickans across the street, and from my balcony I could see the people hanging around, have so much fun at Red Carpet Bar! And compared to the bars in the neighbourhood, they where far from as drunk or noisy. Just music and fun through the nights.
From opening around mid day, it is happy hour until four pm, 50 baht/beer
