Return time from travel can use the service Taxi, red car, motorcycle taxi. There is a motorcycle parking, clearly parked in front of the transport. The car park from which it used to be is not available. Must park it in the places where it is free

Earlier today my trip was canceled 15 minutes prior to my departure with unprofessional excuse which I quote "passenger on board does not meet minimum amount.". There is nothing left to be said when public transport refuse to at very least "transport".
