★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great. It is only a few blocks away from Khao San Road and the Grand Palace without it being too crowded. The bus is located near the the main road. The rooms are big but the only downside is there are no elevators. Our room was the 5th floor. It's not a bad climb if you're active. The room is air-conditioned and the water pressure is strong. They have free breakfast consisting of either your traditional American eggs and toast or pad Thai or fried rice. They let you hold the luggage while your in another city and also can call a taxi for you when youre ready for the airport. Overall I really enjoyed it and recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very nice, it is not a luxury place but the rooms are very comfortable, with air conditioning, bathroom and very clean. The place does not have an elevator. The location is very suitable if you like to have fun and at the same time enjoy a quiet place to rest, just walk a little to get to Khaosan Rd. The breakfast is very good and varied and the quality price exceeds expectations, it is highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here on two occasions while in Thailand. Had nicer rooms the second time, the first the view out was quite limited. Large enough rooms, very clean, staff friendly and helpful and breakfast OK. Location neither good nor bad, not really close to any attractions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment itself was great. Staff realy nice, specially a young girl that knew perfect English. It's great value for money. I will definitely be a returning customer here whenever we are come to Bangkok again and I will most highly recommend this nice homey residence to our friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just dropped my mate's son off and popped in to use the toilet. Seems like a nice hotel located a few hundred meters from Khao San road. The staff were super helpful, the lobby and toilets were clean and every guest gets a key card to access the hotel after 10pm. I would consider staying here too in the future. Rooms are under 1,000 baht for single and 1,400 for double - both include breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mosquitoes in the room, very stink on the road. Poor wifi. Poor breakfast. No lift. If you have bulky luggage, don't stay here. There is no communication with the guests. They don't care if you need any assistance during your stay. When I check out, I pulled the luggage down the stairs by myself and the 2 mute staff just looked at me and no help offer, no assistance for taxi or anything. You can find a better hotel better service in central area with that room rate.

The bed is comfortable. Good for the price.
It’s located in a small dirty street, but you don’t feel unsafe. Walking distance from Khaosan Road and the Grand Palace.
Far from subway and BTS lines, though.
