★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apathy, disinterest, fake promises and Freelancing staff.....Need I say anymore? Best AVOIDED.
Whatever may have been said about this Firm and its founder 'Benny' now seems to be well past it's sell by date.
The man is still obviously not recovered and showing great mental damage by his ordeals of 10 years in a Thai jail. Its like talking with someone with ADHC, or a serious coke habit. Benny is right out there, barely lucid, let alone focused. He kept refering to his 'problems' and how he hates the Thai judicial sysyem. He was not interested in what my problems were.
Constantly going on about how corrupt and injustice Thailand is and that's why he is moving to Phom Phen, Cambodia. Not very comforting when you need a lawyer here in THAILAND.
He has staff who are blatanly freelancing behind his back, Mr Chud for one. That's what happened to me, I paid the fees and when you have no representation, nor anything progressed, Benny can't find your files. Because he has no control over the firm and one of his staff have done a side deal, sub contracted your case to a Third Party lawyer,, then there is no trace.
My belief after 13 years here is, if you have a problem in Thailand, dont call a lawyer. All lawyers, any lawyer won't make that problem smaller, they just exasperate it.

The staff didn't explained the accurate salary quilafication.
On the submission day in the immigration officers room in Chang wattana.
I was told my salary is not up to the standard. Some documents are not even ready either( Notorazation , pictures etc ) I was not informed to bring my old passport from the staff either.
If I have been informed correctly I wouldn't have started and made the contract.
When I asked for refund of 50% money that I spent ( Because I didn't want to depreciate the work anyway) I was rejected.
You make your decision there.

The Lawyer is a westerner who is multilingual and speaks 7 languages and that includes reading, writing and speaking fluently in Thai. He did his degree in law in Thailand. Their prices are very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone. Regards Martin
