This branch of the post office seems to work like waiting for a pile of documents to be gathered and then paid at once. causing too much delay in obtaining the necessary documents and are often sent to the wrong house

If it will call and there is no one to pick up, you can take the number out at all. The parcel has arrived for 3 days and won't send it to the customer. Wait for it. The seller is scolded because the transport system is bad.
