The main advantage is tesco, 7/11, park for jogging, bts, big c, home pro, movie plaza, different traditional restaurants are very close to this apartment.

The price is also affordable.
The location is strategies. It's near with santiphap park which is available for you to exercise. Moreover it's still in central Bangkok which is close to university or company
