★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last month I booked a two-night stay at this apartment through Airbnb. I arrived only to find it was illegal. My payment wasn't refunded by Airbnb, and I have to spent more than planned on a last-minute hotel. Incidentally, the Airbnb account under which I had booked had been closed after a guest posted a review stating that they, too, had learned the rental was illegal upon arrival.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw the threatening signs about short-term stay everywhere in this condominium. The sign says "the day/week rental are not allowed and illegal. So be careful if you are a traveler who found this accommodation on Airbnb. It's possible you will get reported by other co-owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airbnb be aware. Renting a room for less than a month in this apartment is not permitted by laws in Thailand. If any short term rental is found or get reported by other residents, there will be a penalty by the government.
