The owner, Mr. Trongtham, (conversant in English) and his wife were very hospitable and accommodating.
There aren't many grassy knolls to camp on. Mr. Trongtham cut down some grass to make sure that the ground under the tent was cushioned enough. We used the facilities in their home and he said that they have plans to build a cafe and shower/toilet area soon. The animals (ducks, ducklings, one curious kitten and dogs) were a welcome addition to the scene.
