Really helpful staff, good after sales support. Once you buy a bike from the shop, you’re considered a “member” and you receive discounts on all future purchases of products, supplies, etc. They’re an official Trek dealer so they also handle warranty claims and other related check-ups.

Good selection of shimano parts, but only pearl izumi and trek clothing. Bottle recycling outside is cool, and good service inside. Will be back

I took my pump in today (thb 3500) which had a broken hose. I didn’t have my receipt but did purchase it from this shop. They gave me a new pump after a few phone calls. I have used around 8-10 top end bike shops in Bangkok and outer areas and these guys are pretty competent. Two bike shops have sent me here for Di2 problems as these guys are the main agent in BKK for Shimano and carry a lot of parts. If you go early they will likely fix your bike on the spot. No they are not cheap but at least they carry stock of many items...only gripe is you are restricted to Trek / Bontrager.

I will never go to this bike shop ever again. I went there to buy a stem to raise the handlebars and the lady wanted to sell me a new bike. This was after waiting for someone to even acknowledge me and assist with what I went there for. They see you come in and look the other way. Everyone acted like it was an inconvenience for them to assist me as a customer. After sitting in the store for several minutes waiting for someone to finally come and ask or attempt to assist, a nice gentleman came and helped. He was the only one in the store who displayed a sense of care. Log story short, I ended up spending 7,000 Baht because that young guys was so helpful despite waiting and waiting and waiting. There was a service charge of 200 Bhat for installing the stem, handlebar and some other parts which I purchased from them. It took forever to get the bill as they all kept looking at each other like it was no ones' responsibility. I picked up the bike the next day as they did mention they were backed up. No problem with that. The next day I went to pick up my bike and was again so disappointed. They all look at each other and all become engaged in the same thing until they figure out what is going on and who will help the customer. Considering how much money I had spent and the service charge I was again disappointed as hey didn't even bother to lubricate or clean it. If you go to this place, take some patience with you. They all look lost and with a lack of care or interest to even want to help. They got me this time but they will never get me again. Considering the amount of money I spent and the service charge, the least they could have done was wipe the bike down. THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE! I have never taken my bike to a shop where they charge you a service chare and overlook everything else. When i picked up the bike there is no interaction to ensure the measurement's are well or if it is to the customers standards. Like I said, they simply act like they don' care. Here is your bike...goodbye. Seat too high, stem to low, can we adjust something...they don't care. It is in fact a bicycle shop but clearly something is missing. The will to want to help a customer and ensure customer satisfaction is not there. This was my experience and I do hope if you go, you can have a better one than I did, as I will never go there again.

Never going to this shop again. I used to be a regular customer and had my bike serviced regularly. Just purchased the Shimano RC902 shoes at THB 11500 and they would not even bulge on a little giveaway (ie: a water bottle, a pair of socks or something....) I am in the restaurant trade and during Covid we do everything we can to attract customers and keep them with loyalty memberships, discounts, reduced priced menus.... but here, it seems that they rely solely on his customers who obviously don't care about high spending. A little, symbolic gesture would have gone a long way but they just lost a customer. Not make matters worse, the shoes hurt my feet (wide + extra size) and the toe box is slightly too narrow. Apparently a regular issue with Shimano RC9. I used them once and the return policy is 7 days. I was 5 days too late and they refused to swap for a larger size. NEVER GOING BACK TO THEM!!!!!!!!

I have shopped here for many years and I am generally happy with the service. I would give them five stars, were they not so limited with their stock. If you’re looking for a new Trek bike, this is where you look. Parking at the back of the shop, a good workshop with diligent staff, though you will have to wait if you need something repairing.
