★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont use them. Poorly trained staff who cannot set embroidery machines properly. Result was a poorly done job.Told them about their quality and they gave me the bad finished product with small refund.
There are many other similar shops.Dont use this franchise as they are incompetent and manager commented badly in Thai about me and thought I didnt understand.
Bad mouthing customers not a recipe for success.
