Maintenance is improving a lot, swimming pool repaired, trees trimmed, playground repaired. still work to do on the side walks though ?. If that’s fixed can go to 5 *

There are some serious issues with the maintenance of the common area by the developer Prinsiri ie walk side , village center, swimming pool, fences, etc.
