★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet area. Good sized apartments at a reasonable price. It's an older building so it has bigger rooms and balconies compared to what has been built in Bangkok for the past few years. The owner of the building takes pride in keeping the place clean and nicely landscaped.
