Je suis Québécois et moi le poulet coupé à la hache avec des petits morceaux d’os mélangé avec une salade de bambou je n’apprécie pas vraiment. J’avais commandé deux assiettes avec du poulet. Dans les deux plats le poulet était coupé en petit morceau d’environ trois centimètres avec une grande quantité d’os broyés. Je ne comprends pas comment c’est possible de servir quelques choses de semblables. Côté positif l’ambiance est bonne et le décor est très bien. Je ne retournerais pas.
I was disappointed however the reviews are very good. I am a Quebecer and I chop cut chicken with small pieces of bone mixed with a bamboo salad I do not really appreciate. I ordered two plates with chicken. In both dishes the chicken was cut into a small piece of about three centimeters with a large amount of crushed bone. I do not understand how it's possible to serve a few things like that. On the positive side the atmosphere is good and the decor is very good. I will not go back.
